This Level (along with Level One) is for individuals who work alongside those who grieve regularly such as frontline workers, HR managers, religious or spiritual leaders, nurses, voluntary staff, doctors and bereavement group leaders.

• Begin with the first lesson or topic by clicking on its title.
• After watching the content, ensure you click on the ‘Mark as Complete’ button to register your progress.
• You can track your progress here on the Course dashboard. Each completed lesson or topic will be marked with a green tick.
• You may complete each topic / lesson in the order you choose.
